Bees use pollen to feed larvae. They also have a complicated proboscis -- which is a nose-like thing. This bee would be advanced in the hierarchy to be out performing solo dive bombing missions. I must imagine that a food scout bee that returns to the hive covered in pollen must receive the royal treatment. Either that or they kill him and eat him. Bees probably do some really zombie-assed stuff, you know what I'm saying?
